London, England Area

London England is one of the largest cities in Europe with about 9 million people. It started as a Roman settlement called Londinium about 47AD and changed the name to London in 1889. Obviously, the history is vast. 

There are so many places to visit in and around London, activities to do, culture and ceremonies, plays to see, the diverse food, easy to get around considering the size, and more. 

I lived here for 1.5 years going to high school and graduated over 50 years ago (last time I was here). This was Beverly’s first visit and fell in love with London. I was able to visit where I lived, went to school, places I hung out (like the original Hard Rock Cafe in 1971), so many sites, and also went to many new places.
